There a few steps you need to follow to unsubscribe from the app and ensure that all your data is successfully removed. The first thing you need to do is to unlink your card and bank account information in the Setting section of the app. You can then logout of the app. To have your account closed and all your personal data removed please send an email to spot@virginmoney.co.za with an explicit request to cancel your subscription and remove your personal information from the system.
