This is usually due to us being unable to FICA your account. Please email us on kyc_fica@virginmoney.co.za the following certified copies:

1.ID document

2.Proof of residence

3.Copy of your bank statement

Once your account has been FICA’ed, you will be notified, and your account unblocked. This is a manual process so it can take up to 3 working days.
