This is usually due to us being unable to FICA your account. Please email us on kyc_fica@virginmoney.co.za the following certified copies:


  1. ID document

  2. Proof of residence

  3. Copy of your bank statement

  4. A picture of yourself (selfie)


Once your account has been FICA’d, you’ll be notified and your account unblocked. This is a manual process and it can take up to 3 working days.
